Minor Figures Barista Oat Milk 6-Pack 32 Oz

Minor Figures Barista Oat Milk comes in a case of 6 x 32 oz cartons: a shelf-stable barista oat milk that steams into stable microfoam for lattes, cappuccinos and latte art.

It was made by baristas, for baristas, to show off coffee's true flavor while adding a silky, creamy mouthfeel. It steams and froths into a stable microfoam that holds up for latte art, and its mild, nutty flavor also suits sweet, dessert-style drinks.

Why cafés stock it

• Stable microfoam for cappuccinos, lattes and latte art
• Lets the coffee or matcha flavor lead
