How to prepare

Sift 1 tsp (1.5g) into a bowl, add 2.5 oz of 160°F water and whisk about 15 seconds with a bamboo whisk. For lattes, whisk with a little hot water first, then add milk.

Storage

Keep it in the original resealable bag or an opaque, airtight tin, somewhere cool, dark and dry. Once opened, keep it off the espresso machine and out of the fridge (both add moisture), and use within 3 weeks for the best flavor.
