How to prepare

• Hot latte: whisk 1/2 teaspoon (about 1g) of hojicha with 1 oz warm (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy, then add 6–8 oz steamed milk.
• Iced latte: whisk or shake 1/2 teaspoon (about 1g) with 1 oz cold water until smooth, pour over ice and top with 6–8 oz cold milk.
• Straight: whisk 1/2 teaspoon (about 1g) with 1 oz warm water, then add 5–7 oz warm water.
• Pro tip: sift before whisking for the smoothest texture and best froth.
